The Padres have existed in San Diego, California, since 1936. From their days as a minor league team in the Pacific Coast League on the San Diego Bayfront, to joining MLB in 1969 in Mission Valley, their stadiums have played host to the greatest ballplayers the game has ever seen. In 2004, the team returned to the bayfront once again. It’s a storied past about America’s Pastime in America’s Finest City.
